Vaylo offers multiple ways to request your vehicle, ensuring convenience and flexibility.

Web Interface Request

1. Access Your Ticket

   • Open the digital ticket link
   • View current vehicle status
   • Locate the "Request Vehicle" button

2. Submit Request

   • Click "Request Vehicle"
   • Confirm the request
   • Receive immediate confirmation

3. Track Status

   • Watch real-time status updates
   • View estimated wait time
   • Get notification when vehicle is ready with sound
